1. Introduction Welcome to LinkTwin, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for URL shortening and deep linking, enabling links to open directly in mobile applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These Terms apply to all users, including free and premium subscribers.
2. Services LinkTwin provides tools for shortening URLs and creating deep links that open directly in supported mobile apps (e.g., Amazon, YouTube, Spotify). We offer free and premium plans. Free plans provide basic URL shortening, while premium plans, requiring registration, include advanced features like analytics, custom domains, and deep-linking capabilities. Services are provided "as is" and subject to availability.
3. User Registration To access premium features, users must register with a valid name and email address. Registration may also be completed via supported social login providers (Google, Apple). By registering, you consent to receive service-related communications, including updates, offers, and account notifications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].
4. Fair Usage Policy Some plans include unlimited link clicks, subject to this Fair Usage Policy. Excessive usage that impacts service performance or exceeds reasonable limits, as determined by LinkTwin, may result in a request to upgrade to a higher plan or account termination. You will be notified via email and given at least 14 days to address the issue. Failure to comply may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
5. Usage Restrictions Users must not use LinkTwin to shorten URLs that lead to:
- Adult content
- Illegal or illicit activities, including piracy or unauthorized distribution
- Content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination
- Spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful content
- Content violating third-party platform guidelines (e.g., Google, Facebook)
LinkTwin reserves the right to disable or remove such links without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Data Handling We prioritize user privacy. Shortened URLs and related data are stored for a minimum of 365 days. We may share anonymized or aggregated data with analytics or marketing partners to improve services or deliver targeted advertising. 7. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refunds Premium services are offered via subscription plans, with payments processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case; contact [email protected] within 14 days of payment for assistance.
8. API Usage Users with API access must comply with our API Reference, including rate limits and acceptable use policies. API keys must remain confidential. LinkTwin may revoke API access for misuse, excessive requests, or violation of these Terms without prior notice.
9. Termination of Service LinkTwin may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Misuse of services, including violations of Usage Restrictions
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Excessive usage violating the Fair Usage Policy
- Fraudulent activity or unauthorized access
Users will be notified via email and given at least 7 days to resolve issues, where applicable. Upon termination, access to your account and data may be revoked, though data may be retained per our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkTwin, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of such damages.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkTwin, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or content you share.
12. Intellectual Property Users retain ownership of their content. By using LinkTwin, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and process your content to provide our services. LinkTwin's trademarks, logos, and platform are protected by intellectual property laws.
13. Affiliate Links Users may shorten affiliate links but must ensure compliance with applicable affiliate program guidelines. LinkTwin is not responsible for issues arising from affiliate program violations.
14. Third-Party Platforms Users sharing links on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) must comply with those platforms' terms. LinkTwin is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your links.
15. Service Availability LinkTwin strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.
16. Age Restrictions Users must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use our services. By registering, you confirm compliance with this requirement.
17. Force Majeure LinkTwin is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or governmental actions.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

20. Updates to Terms LinkTwin may update these Terms at its discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing periodically.
21. Severability and Entire Agreement If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LinkTwin, superseding prior agreements.
