Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are securely processed through Stripe with bank-level encryption.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 7 day 100% money back guarantee on all paid plans, as long as you haven't exceeded 2,000 clicks. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days and under 2,000 clicks, contact us for a full refund - no questions asked.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and your links will continue to work.

What happens to my links if I cancel?

Your links will continue to work! If you downgrade to the free plan, you'll keep all your existing links. They will remain active and redirect properly. You'll just be limited to the free plan's click quota going forward.

What happens when I go over the clicks limit in the free plan?

When you reach 1,000 clicks in a month on the free plan, your links will temporarily stop redirecting until the next month or until you upgrade to a paid plan. Your links and data are never deleted.

What happens when I delete my account?

When you delete your account, all your data including links, analytics, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
