Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Install the plugin, paste your API key and choose which links to upgrade. No coding or theme edits required.

Will it modify my existing content?

No. Your posts are never rewritten. Links are converted dynamically when a page is rendered, so your original content stays exactly as you wrote it.

Can I disable it later?

Yes. Deactivate the plugin anytime and your original content remains completely untouched. Links simply fall back to their original URLs.

Will it slow down my site?

No. Each link is converted once, when you save the post or on its first view, then served from a cache in your WordPress database. Pages do not wait on LinkTwin after that.

Can I convert existing links automatically?

Yes. Upgrading the links you already published is one of the main benefits of the plugin. There is no need to edit posts one by one.

Does it work with Amazon affiliate links?

Yes. Amazon is fully supported and your affiliate tags are preserved when links are converted.

Do I need a paid LinkTwin plan?

Can I convert links only from specific domains?

Yes. In Settings, LinkTwin, choose Specific domains only and enter one domain per line, like amazon.com or youtube.com. Subdomains such as www.amazon.com are matched automatically.

What happens if the LinkTwin API is unavailable?

The plugin keeps the original URL, so your links always work. It tries again the next time the page is saved or viewed.

Does it work with the block editor?

Yes. Automatic replacement works on published content from the block editor or the classic editor, and the [linktwin] shortcode works in the Shortcode block.
