Request Account Deletion
LinkTwin respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Log in to your LinkTwin account Visit linktw.in/user/login and sign in with your credentials.
- Open Settings In your dashboard, open the menu under your name in the top right corner and choose Settings.
- Delete your account Find the "Delete your account" section and click "Delete Permanently".
- Confirm the deletion Enter your password and click Delete. If your account has no password, for example because you signed up with Google, type DELETE instead. Your account and data are deleted right away, any active subscription is canceled, and we email you a confirmation.
Alternative Method
If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by contacting us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
What Data is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Data Retention
Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal or legitimate business purposes:

Processing Time
Deleting your account from Settings takes effect right away, and your short links stop working immediately. Requests sent to us by email are processed within 30 days. Cached data in our CDN may take up to 30 days to fully purge.
